Easter!

Easter was so much fun! My kids were able to go to four Easter egg hunts! Mom is loving having all the candy around the house.

Ryllie Lost her First Tooth!

Ryllie is so excited to announce that she has lost her very first tooth. She was at Cuckoo's having a sleepover so she was worried the tooth fairy wouldn't find her, but sure enough, three dollars were left under her pillow. She was so excited because she had enough money now to buy the high school musical t-shirt she had been saving up to buy.

Viva Las Vegas

Over Valentine's weekend Casey & I took our four week old baby and Cy to Vegas with us. Ryllie and Max stayed with Aunt Kaysha in St. George and had a blast, and Cuckoo (aka grandma, or Casey's mom) and Noelle came to Vegas with us to help us with the kids so we could go to some shows. We stayed at Planet Hollywood and saw Cirque de Soleil's KA and LeReve. Both shows were awesome, but "Love" is still our favorite Cirque de Soleil show. Casey took me to a super fancy dinner for Valentine's at the Bellagio overlooking the fountains. It was beautiful! We took the kids to the Shark Reef and to Circus Circus, and they had a blast. Casey says he is taking the kids to play the games, but I think he really enjoys trying to win those ugly stuffed animals himself. Noelle's daughter Summer had fun playing with Cy all weekend, and we had fun watching them. The entire weekend was so much fun, but coming home to the five feet of snow in our yard was not so much fun.

Manti Getaway

Casey & I had our 8 year anniversary on March 7th. We celebrated down at the Yardley Inn & Spa in Manti. This bed & breakfast is a classic. It is ran by an elderly couple who are all about keeping the romance alive. Marlene Yardley is so cute. She gives everyone hugs who comes to stay. She is very into nutrition and loves the Young Living Essential Oils. She loves the church and is very enthusiastic about her gratitude for the gospel. Grandma & Grandpa Hansen stayed there once and their only complaint was that they couldn't get their morning coffee. :) Having Hadlie with us this time made it so that we couldn't go to the temple, but Casey got many beautiful pictures. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the simple life.

Hadlie

Hadlie Carma Hansen joined our family on January 17, 2008. She is beautiful, and perfect. Her middle name is after my grandma who is wonderful! She sure loves her mom, or maybe its just the built in bottles mom has. She wants to be held constantly! Her sisters and brother adore her. They are constantly pestering her and touching her until she cries for me to save her. Cy always asks permission to touch her or kiss her, Maddux on the other hand is super sneaky. If she hears the baby crying she instantly looks around and if she doesn't see me, she tries to pick Hadlie up. Ryllie loves to hold her and take naps with her. It is very sweet. We feel so lucky to have Hadlie in our home.
